Neutrality - Why Subpro Leadership Finds it Necessary

Neutrality - Why Subpro Leadership Finds it NecessaryToday as I read the GNS by the Confederacy of Independent Systems I was shocked to realize the events that took place on Mondress. My shock settled and turned to resolution.

You see, behind the scenes of the Subpro Network we dabble in some galactic politics. As much as any active faction must endure. Cadeus and I have spoke numerous times about the potential of moving towards a more political stand in the galaxy and we have mixed emotions towards this idea. After today's GNS I am reminded why we have these feelings and I find it very appropriate to share with both our employees, friends and customers.

Some background information is necessary to understand Mr. Iram and my stance on the subject. Cadeus and I met upon the establishment of an independent kingdom of Duros who were outcasted from our home world by the Galactic Empire. I was elected Renek (or King) of the house of Duros and I shortly after appointed Cadeus to the high council. Together we established the kingdom with the help of many around us. Thus, our friendship was born.

From this we realized our aptitude at creating and sustaining large groups and we applied this skill here in the Subpro Network. Because of our past dealing in the Duros High House we have many contacts and have a high tolerance for many factions. We have no enemies and many friends. This would lead many to believe that we are fit to operate as a government or at least push in that direction.

Slayn and Korpil remind us of the dangers involved when a production faction like ourselves delves deeply into the world of politics. Before I continue on I want to add that I have a deep respect for SnK as Helen Hawk is a fellow Duros and Theofan Maercan and Sol Savrek are great friends to myself and our network. I also want to add that I do not believe that SnK did anything wrong in their actions at Mondress, but that is where my fear stems. Regardless of affiliation or allies, once you step towards politics in a very serious way there is no going back. The Confederacy of Independent Systems is a government that has shown us a friendly hand on numerous occasions and I find them to be incredibly reasonable, yet when any act seems to be a threat they will pounce. This is common in most governments.

Cadeus and I have the common mindset of neutrality over everything. This may seem to be a cop out but we find it necessary in our line of work. Our job as leaders is threefold: Protect our members, provide for our members, grow our members. Protecting our members is the foundation in which the other 2 principles rely on. Until we, as a faction, can say with confidence that we can play with politics and keep our members safe then we will remain neutral.

Subpro Begins Expansion

Subpro Begins ExpansionIt's been many months and many orders since Subpro Corporation first openly began taking station orders. The progress made during this time has been immeasurable. Our galactic reputation has grown, our members have grown and our ambitions have grown as well.

Now, as the Subpro Network leaders sit back and ponder "what's next," we have come to the conclusion that it is time for expansion. Before I go too deep into detail about what our expansion will look like I'd like to first comment on what it will NOT be.

The Subpro Corporation and Subpro Network expansion will not be one that removes the leader, myself, from all hands on communication with members and removes my workload. My heart is with this company and will remain to be. The expansion is not an excuse for us to get overly greedy and lose sight of our original purpose and the expansion is not Subpro becoming a large corporation or even a large business. We will remain a small business built around it's employees.

The Subpro Corporation and Subpro Network expansion will allow us to take more orders at one time and will allow us to have a more "hand on" approach to the galaxy. Our expansion will include galactic philanthropy (on small and large scales), a larger emphasis on newer players in the galaxy and a stronger platform in galactic politics.

We are very excited about this time and some could even call this our true Grand Opening. If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact Zarik Roman.

We look forward to your business.

Subpro Corporation - Defying the Odds

Subpro Corporation is Actively Taking Orders!

NewsAfter months of planning and stabilization Subpro Corporation has finally come to a point where we are capable of taking station orders. We are still closed for ship orders and will be working exclusively in station orders for now. Please refer to our Services page for pricing and contact us via our forum or DM Zarik Roman or Cadeus Iram to place an order.

The wait time per station depends on the order size. Discounts will be given to larger orders. We thank you all for your patience as we have built up and we can't wait for that first order!

Subpro Corporation Opens!

Subpro Corporation Opens! On Y13 D230 Subpro Corporation officially announced the opening of our doors. While we are anxious to become the galaxy's finest shipwrights we are also realistic and know that we have much organization and planning that needs to take place before this can happen.

We will be selling publicly within the month but we ask that nobody submit any orders until we are actively taking them. Please feel free to sign up and actively participate on our forums. Ask us questions and leave comments and suggestions. You, the customer, are our biggest priority and we want your feedback so please get involved.

Again we thank you all for your time and patience and we cannot wait to work with you.
